Job Overview

IFS is seeking a seasoned business leader to support key accounts in the UK. As part of the IFS Global Aerospace & Defence team, you will work closely with the local UK Market Unit to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for key accounts, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead sales cycles, including customer engagement, needs assessment, and RFI/RFP processes.
  • Collaborate with the Global Aerospace & Defence Team to build a strong internal network and secure support for the region.
  • Own customer satisfaction across IFS service delivery, ensuring high-quality experiences for clients.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience selling complex business software, with a proven track record in C-level sales.
  • Demonstrated success in large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative market.
  • Sales experience in the defence or government sector, with strong knowledge of the Aerospace & Defence Industry.
  • Strong oral and written business presentation skills, with fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrable enterprise software sales experience, preferably in a related industry.
  • Engineering Degree and/or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering experience.
