Job Overview

IFS is seeking a seasoned business leader to support key accounts in the UK. As part of the IFS Global Aerospace & Defence team, you will work closely with the local UK Market Unit to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for key accounts, driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships.
  • Lead the sales cycle, from initial customer engagement to closing deals, and build strong relationships with executive-level decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with the Global Aerospace & Defence Team to develop a strong internal network and secure support for the region.
  • Own the end-to-end sales process, from customer needs assessment to RFI/RFP management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction across IFS service delivery, driving loyalty and retention.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in complex sales at C-level, with experience in selling business software to clients with revenue > £1B.
  • Extensive experience in sales, with a strong understanding of the Aerospace & Defence industry.
  • Strong oral and written business presentation skills, with fluency in English.
  • Demonstrated success in large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative market.
  • Preferred: enterprise software sales experience, engineering degree, or aircraft maintenance engineering experience.
