Job Title: Key Account Manager

We are seeking a seasoned enterprise software business leader to join our team at IFS. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting a group of named key accounts in the UK, working closely with our Global Aerospace & Defence team and the local UK Market Unit.

With a proven track record in complex sales at C-level, you will have extensive experience selling business software to clients with revenue exceeding 1B. Your success in large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative, and competitive market will be essential in driving revenue growth for IFS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Key Account Strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Own the end-to-end sales process from customer engagement to RFI/RFP process
  • Collaborate with the Global Aerospace & Defence Team to build a strong internal collaboration network and secure support for the region
  • Ensure customer satisfaction across IFS service delivery

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience selling complex business software
  • Proven track record in complex sales at C-level with clients > 1B revenue
  • Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative, and competitive market
  • Sales experience in defence or government sector
  • Strong knowledge of Aerospace & Defense Industry
  • Strong oral and written business presentation skills
  • Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable enterprise software sales experience preferably in a related industry
  • Engineering Degree and/or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering experience
