Job Title: Key Account Manager

We are seeking a seasoned enterprise software business leader to join our team at IFS. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting a group of named key accounts in the UK, working closely with our Global Aerospace & Defence team and the local UK Market Unit.

With a proven track record in complex sales at C-level, you will have extensive experience selling business software to clients with revenue exceeding £1 billion. Your success in large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative, and competitive market will be essential in driving revenue growth for IFS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the Key Account Strategy
  • Own the end-to-end sales process from customer engagement to RFI/RFP process
  • Ensure customer satisfaction across IFS service delivery
  • Collaborate with the Global Aerospace & Defence Team to build a strong internal network and secure support

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in complex business software sales
  • Proven track record in C-level sales with clients > £1 billion revenue
  • Demonstrated success in large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns
  • Sales experience in the defense or government sector
  • Strong knowledge of the Aerospace & Defense Industry
  • Strong oral and written business presentation skills
  • Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Enterprise software sales experience in a related industry
  • Engineering Degree and/or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering experience
