We are currently in search of a highly motivated Senior Inside Sales Executive to enhance our growing Inside Sales division. The Senior Inside Sales Executive will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, expanding engagement with our current clientele, and ensuring that our customers derive maximum value from the NOW Platform. The ideal candidate will possess a proven history of generating new business pipelines, particularly through telephonic outreach in an Enterprise context. Collaboration with Sales Specialists, Solution Consultants, and Renewal Sales teams will be essential to surpass quotas and shape the future of ServiceNow's sales expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve or surpass Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual sales targets.
- Manage sales prospects and business relationships via telephone with key contacts across Small, Mid-Market, and Commercial Accounts.
- Gain insights into an organization’s business motivations, challenges, and how ServiceNow solutions align with these needs.
- Strategically identify opportunities within key sectors to cultivate new business and pipeline.
- Utilize the Value Selling methodology to secure new business, grow existing accounts, and ensure contract renewals.
- Work closely with a diverse team and coordinate necessary resources to advance the sales cycle, including Solution Consultants and Customer Service.
- Provide accurate and timely updates to management, including forecasting and strategic account plans.
- Focus on achieving daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs such as new prospect meetings, pipeline development, and Renewal Rates.
- Mentor colleagues and engage in collaborative projects to enhance team value.
- Occasional travel for training and meetings may be necessary.
Qualifications:
- A solid track record in telesales, lead follow-up, cold calling, or new business sales.
- 1-3+ years of comprehensive sales cycle experience within a software or solution sales environment.
- Experience in marketing enterprise-level solutions through telephone and video conferencing.
- A deep understanding of the sales process and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Familiarity with sales force automation, enterprise resource planning, or IT infrastructure management technologies is advantageous.
- Strong presentation skills using web-based tools are a plus.
- Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication abilities.
- Proven relationship-building skills with ServiceNow customers, prospects, and internal teams.
- Dependable and persistent, particularly regarding attendance and meeting deadlines.
