The IT Service Management (ITSM) Business Unit at ServiceNow is dedicated to developing products that help organizations modernize and streamline their IT workflows. Our goal is to establish ourselves as the premier intelligent service management platform, enhancing employee experiences and improving service efficiency while minimizing costs.

Our product teams collaborate closely in cross-functional groups, where Outbound and Inbound Product Managers work alongside experts in various fields to drive innovation. We are currently seeking a Senior Outbound Product Manager for our Intelligent Automation (GenAI) team.

Your Role:

As a Senior Outbound Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy and empowering our sales teams. Your insights will guide product development and resonate with our customers. You will articulate customer needs and drive product enhancements through engaging narratives and proactive involvement.

This is an opportunity to influence the design of features and experiences that will define our next-generation IT and mobile solutions. Your technical expertise, customer empathy, and extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform will be essential as you collaborate with sales, solution consulting, and engineering teams to enhance customer engagement with their digital environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Guidance: Shape the product roadmap based on insights gathered from sales and customer interactions.
  • Sales and Marketing Collaboration: Provide sales teams with valuable insights and materials, and promote our product offerings through direct engagement and industry events.
  • Customer-Focused Development: Integrate customer feedback into product development to ensure alignment with user needs.
  • Market Analysis: Research market trends to inform product strategies and enhance usability.
  • Educational Initiatives: Develop programs to foster product adoption and showcase customer success stories.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8+ years in roles such as Product Manager, Product Owner, Consultant, or Analyst within a software product environment. An MBA or Master's degree is preferred.
  • Client Engagement: Proven experience in a B2B client-facing role, ideally utilizing the ServiceNow platform.
  • ITSM Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT Service Management and the ability to quickly grasp new technical concepts.
  • AI Proficiency: Familiarity with AI, particularly GenAI and LLM.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to balance feasibility with strategic objectives.
  • Effective Communication: Proficient in presenting to large groups and engaging with clients individually.
  • Adaptability: Quick learner with a strategic mindset and impactful communication skills.
