- Product Strategy: Leverage research methods to guide product development, translating product roadmaps into actionable strategies that support business goals.
- Experience: 7+ years in UX research, particularly in B2B or B2C enterprise settings. Proficiency with tools like Qualtrics, UserZoom, UserTesting, and Figma is essential.
- Skills: Strong expertise in user behavior analysis, workshop facilitation, and product strategy. Experience with continuous research frameworks is a plus.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Additional Requirements: Prior experience working in a SaaS company is a bonus
