Business Development Manager Opportunity

CantelloTayler Recruitment is currently seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join a growing organisation based in the UK. This is a hybrid role with a competitive benefits package.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting research and fact-finding to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Developing strong business relationships with customers and prospects
  • Promoting products and services to address customer objectives
  • Supporting customers to ensure regulatory, contractual, and legal guidelines are adhered to
  • Managing a sales pipeline and forecasting sales
  • Attending industry functions and providing feedback on market trends

The ideal candidate will have a degree and at least 5 years of experience in a Business Development environment. They will be a proven business development manager with a track record of increasing revenue through lead generation and consultative selling. Strong analytical skills, ability to manage a sales pipeline, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
