- Ideally a graduate with 5+ years in a Business Development environment focused on sales and winning new business.
- Proven track record in consultative selling, winning new business, and increasing revenue through lead generation.
- Account management experience and ability to manage and track lead generation and sales pipeline through CRM or a sales management system.
- Experience in the Private Healthcare industry is advantageous but not essential.
- Organised, adaptable, flexible, and a good team player with the ability to plan and manage time effectively.
- Good analytical skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a tenacious and creative sales approach.
- Driven and motivated by results, strong presenter, negotiator, and influencer.
- A self-starter who can spot new opportunities and work as part of a team with drive, initiative, and enthusiasm.
