Drive Growth and Innovation in IT Asset Management

ServiceNow is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our IT Asset Management (ITAM) team. As a key member of our EMEA Sales Leadership, you will play a pivotal role in defining, shaping, and executing our ITAM strategy across the region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy focused on transformation initiatives
  • Work closely with technology partners to establish sustainable support models for deal cycle product and technical support
  • Analyze existing customer install base to identify opportunities for joint upsell, cross-sell, and new logo acquisition campaigns
  • Partner with ITAM Specialist teams and Sales Executives to execute sales cycles and close new business
  • Develop and execute growth strategies at a Major area level in conjunction with adjacent functional leaders

Requirements:

  • Proven sales leadership experience with a strong track record of identifying and closing high-value ITAM business deals
  • Expertise in partnering with field teams, relationship building, and developing trust with senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and market insights to drive informed decision-making
  • Fluency in English and ability to travel EMEA wide 30-50% of the time
