**Business Development Manager Opportunity**

CantelloTayler Recruitment is currently seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join a growing organisation based in the UK. This is a hybrid role with competitive benefits and a salary of £40,000 per annum, plus £20,000 OTE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting research and exploring customer contacts to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arranging regular meetings with customers and prospects to promote products and services.
  • Supporting customers to ensure regulatory and contractual requirements are met.
  • Developing strong business relationships with customers and maximising engagement to minimise lapses or cancellations.
  • Attending industry functions and providing feedback on market trends.

The ideal candidate will have a degree and 5+ years of experience in a Business Development environment with a focus on sales and winning new business. They will be a proven business development manager with a track record of increasing revenue through lead generation and account management.

Key skills and experience required include:

  • Proven track record in consultative selling and winning new business.
  • Ability to manage and track lead generation and a sales pipeline through CRM or a sales management system.
  • Experience in the Private Healthcare industry is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make sense of data and report on it.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
