Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive research and analysis to uncover new business prospects, assess market trends, and analyze the competitive environment.
  • Training and Development:
    Support the recruitment, training, and onboarding processes for new team members.
    Ensure uniformity in sales methodologies and practices across the organization to maximize effectiveness.
    Coordinate and oversee client engagement events to strengthen relationships and enhance customer interaction.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
  • Experience:

    A minimum of 3 years' experience in business strategy, sales planning, or a related discipline, ideally within the healthcare or private healthcare industry.

    A solid grasp of the private healthcare landscape, including market dynamics, key stakeholders, and regulatory frameworks.
    Strong analytical capabilities, with the proficiency to interpret data and market trends for strategic decision-making.
    Expertise in crafting high-quality sales presentations and reports.
  • Organizational Skills:
    Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities, capable of managing multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
    A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, as well as an understanding of SaaS (Software as a Service) business models and the deployment of technology releases across markets.
