The IT Service Management (ITSM) Business Unit at ServiceNow is focused on developing cutting-edge products that enhance IT workflows and operational efficiency. Our goal is to lead the market in intelligent service management solutions that improve user experiences and operational agility.

Your Role:

As a Senior Staff Outbound Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product offerings. Your insights will guide product development and empower our sales teams to effectively engage with customers. You will be responsible for articulating customer needs and translating them into actionable product strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Influence product direction through insights gathered from customer interactions and market analysis.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with the necessary tools and information to effectively promote our product suite.
  • Customer Advocacy: Ensure that the voice of the customer is integrated into product development processes.

Qualifications:

  • ITSM Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT Service Management principles and practices.
  • AI Proficiency: Familiarity with AI technologies, particularly GenAI and LLM.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to balance technical feasibility with strategic objectives.
