As an Export Logistics Coordinator, you will engage in a diverse range of responsibilities overseeing the comprehensive processes involved in exporting company and third-party equipment/goods from the United Kingdom to various international destinations.

Your role will involve gathering essential information for the formulation of export declarations, ensuring precision and detail at all times in compliance with regulatory standards, while maintaining effective communication with all key internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Projects, Quayside, Warehouse, Suppliers).

Strong organizational skills will be crucial for planning and coordinating multiple, often competing, tasks within this fast-paced environment.

We prefer candidates with a background in equipment logistics or relevant experience at a coordinator or administrator level, coupled with a proactive approach to learning. In return, we will enhance your knowledge and experience, empowering you to excel in this vital role within our Supply Chain Management Logistics team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all facets of the export process, including customs clearance and regulations, ensuring timely delivery through effective tracking.
  • Provide proactive support to internal clients, specifically Projects, Offshore Resources, Asset owners, and Warehouse, in executing all assigned export activities.
  • Maintain precise and current records of all exported goods and equipment.
  • Process all third-party freight partner expenses by creating service entries to align with invoicing.
  • Compile information for the management of the monthly Deferment and VAT PVA report.
  • Participate in and contribute meaningfully to monthly meetings.
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of systems, procedures, and processes.
  • Perform any other relevant tasks as necessary to support business operations.
  • Engage in on-call rotation, if required, once fully trained.

  • Proactive planning and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize workload and meet multiple, competing deadlines.
  • Demonstrated initiative to work independently while supporting broader team activities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and tasks.
  • Willingness to undertake occasional travel to other company sites.
  • Proficient in IT, particularly with MS Office products; familiarity with SharePoint and SAP is advantageous.
