Role Overview
As an Export Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a range of activities related to the comprehensive processes involved in exporting company and third-party goods from the United Kingdom to various international destinations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all facets of the export process, including customs regulations and clearance, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Provide proactive support to internal clients, including project teams and warehouse operations, in executing all assigned export functions.
  • Maintain precise and current records of all exported goods and equipment.
  • Process costs from third-party freight partners by creating service entries that align with invoicing.
  • Compile information for the management of monthly deferment and VAT PVA reports.
  • Participate actively in monthly meetings, contributing effectively to discussions.
  • Assist in the enhancement and refinement of systems, procedures, and processes.
  • Perform additional relevant tasks as necessary to support business operations.
  • Engage in an on-call rotation, if required, once adequately trained.

  • Willingness to undertake occasional travel to other company locations.
  • Proficient in IT, particularly with MS Office applications; familiarity with SharePoint and SAP is advantageous.
