Atlas Professionals is seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Head of Offshore Catering. This position is responsible for managing the operations of the company's offshore catering business, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall strategy and direction of the offshore catering business, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective operational plans, ensuring the efficient delivery of services to clients.
  • Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of business objectives.
  • Monitor financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities, developing strategic plans to drive growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies, ensuring the company's preparedness for potential challenges.
  • Candidate Requirements:
    • Extensive experience in senior management positions, preferably in the offshore catering industry.
    • Proven track record of success in managing clients and key stakeholders.
    • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to navigate and interpret complex accounts.
    • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Detailed knowledge of remote catering operations, crewing, and logistics.
    • Broad understanding of offshore operations and compliance requirements.
    • PC literate with extensive knowledge and experience working with MS Office products.
