Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Oversee and optimize end-to-end operations, ensuring a high standard of service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to achieve financial goals and targets.
- Business Development: Identify investment opportunities, both in terms of internal resources, skillset and opportunities in the market, such as potential acquisitions, partnerships or Joint ventures.
- Strategic Planning: Support with corporate planning, formulating policies and help set goals and objectives for the Catering business unit.
- Performance Management: Set KPI's to measure and track performance of business expansion and customer delivery.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, safety and continuous improvement.
- Market Research: Lead market research initiatives to stay informed of industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape, ensuring the Company remains a market leader.
- Risk Management: Develop and implement robust risk management strategies, ensuring the company is prepared for any potential challenges, including supply chain disruptions, and emergency situations.
- Client Management: Professionally interact and communicate with internal departments, multitask, and work to aggressive deadlines.
- Experience: Extensive experience working in the offshore catering industry, with a proven track record of success in a senior management position.
- Skills: Demonstrable experience managing clients and key stakeholders, financial and commercial acumen, operational leadership skills, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and customer relationship management skills.
- Knowledge: Detailed knowledge of remote catering operations, crewing and logistics, key geographies pertaining to offshore oil and gas projects, and broad understanding of offshore operations and compliance requirements.
