Sous Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Entier. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our high-end, bespoke catering service and working closely with our Head Chef to ensure the success of our events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in the planning and preparation of menus for events
- Assist in the management of kitchen operations, including inventory management and staff supervision
- Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
- Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless execution of events
- Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and concepts
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end catering environment
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
