Job Title: Sous Chef
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Entier. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our high-end catering service and working closely with our chefs to ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in the planning and preparation of menus and kitchen operations
- Assist in the management of kitchen staff and ensure that all team members are working efficiently and effectively
- Monitor and control kitchen costs and ensure that all financial targets are met
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and ensure that all ingredients and equipment are of the highest quality
- Work closely with the events team to ensure that all catering requirements are met and that all events are delivered to the highest standard
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end catering environment
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices and procedures
