Key Responsibilities- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the offshore catering business unit, ensuring a high standard of service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve financial goals and targets.
- Business Development: Identify investment opportunities, both in terms of internal resources, skillset and opportunities in the market, such as potential acquisitions, partnerships or Joint ventures.
- Strategic Planning: Support with corporate planning, formulating policies and help set goals and objectives for the Catering business unit.
- Performance Management: Set KPI's to measure and track performance of business expansion and customer delivery.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, safety and continuous improvement.
- Market Research: Lead market research initiatives to stay informed of industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape, ensuring the Company remains a market leader.
- Innovation: Drive innovation in service offerings to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Risk Management: Develop and implement robust risk management strategies, ensuring the company is prepared for any potential challenges, including supply chain disruptions, and emergency situations.
- Stakeholder Management: Professionally interact and communicate with internal departments, multitask, and work to aggressive deadlines.
- Experience: Extensive experience working in the offshore catering industry, in a senior management position, and in sales environment with demonstrated success.
- Skills: Demonstrable experience managing clients and key stakeholders, risk analysis and management, strategic planning, financial and commercial acumen, operational leaderships skills, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, customer relationship management skills, detailed knowledge of remote catering operations, crewing and logistics, and broad understanding of offshore operations and compliance requirements.
