Job Summary

Atlas Professionals is seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Head of Offshore Catering. This position is responsible for managing the operations of the company's offshore catering business, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the offshore catering business, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the financial performance of the offshore catering business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Business Development
    • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the offshore catering business.
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new contracts.
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of catering professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and implement strategies to achieve this goal.
  • Risk Management
    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with the offshore catering business, ensuring the company's assets and reputation are protected.
    • Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize the impact of potential risks.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Extensive experience working in the offshore catering industry.
    • Experience in a senior management position, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to develop and implement business strategies.
    • Financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting.
    • Ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Education
    • Relevant degree in a field such as hospitality, business, or a related field.
