Atlas Professionals is seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Head of Offshore Catering. This position is responsible for managing the operations of the company's offshore catering business, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall strategy and direction of the offshore catering business, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective operational plans, ensuring the efficient delivery of services to clients.
  • Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of business objectives.
  • Monitor financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities, developing strategic plans to drive growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination across departments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring the company remains a market leader.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance services and improve operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in a senior management position, preferably in the offshore catering industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing clients and key stakeholders.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to navigate and interpret complex accounts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Demonstrable experience in risk analysis and management, with a strong understanding of compliance requirements.
  • PC literate with extensive knowledge and experience working with MS office products.
