Senior Manager of Offshore Food Services

Atlas Professionals is seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Head of Offshore Catering. This position is responsible for managing the operations of the company's offshore catering business, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the offshore catering business, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Financial Management: Monitor and manage the financial performance of the business, identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing strategies to improve profitability.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and expansion.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to the business, ensuring the company remains compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion, aligning with the company's overall objectives.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the offshore catering industry.
- Skills: Proven track record of success in managing operations, financial management, business development, team leadership, client management, and risk management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as HACCP or food safety certifications.
