Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team in our Aberdeen office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on some of the world's largest current and upcoming Offshore Windfarm projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project procedures and documentation, including installation procedures, method statements, and lift plans.
  • Prepare scopes of work for subcontracts and review subcontractor documentation.
  • Develop and review project planning for project preparation and execution.
  • Identify and arrange project equipment and materials requirements.
  • Participate in design reviews and task risk assessments.
  • Complete administrative tasks for project engineering, as required.
  • Participate in project execution at-site and offshore.
  • Lead engineers in the above tasks and other work packages, dependent on experience and seniority.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, Offshore Engineering, or similar.
  • Relevant work experience within the offshore energy industry, particularly within foundations (piling, jackets), cables/umbilicals, heavy lift, or similar.
  • Knowledge of offshore working methods, planning, and risk assessment.
  • Practical approach and good communication skills.
  • Understanding of offshore wind foundations or subsea cable installation, ideal but not essential.
