Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Graduate Engineer to join our team in Aberdeen. As a Graduate Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our offshore wind projects, working closely with experienced engineers and technicians to develop and implement innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and development of offshore wind projects, including detailed design engineering and project execution.
  • Conduct site visits and field trips to gain hands-on experience and exposure to various engineering experiences.
  • Develop and implement solutions to design parameters and problems, working closely with experienced engineers and technicians.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution and delivery.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical and business skills.

Requirements

  • Engineering degree in a relevant field, such as Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural, Marine/Naval Technology, or Subsea Engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for technical innovation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to lead initiatives independently.
