Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Offshore Engineering Manager to become a vital part of our team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to engage in some of the most significant offshore wind projects currently underway. You will report directly to the Engineering Project Manager and will play a crucial role in overseeing engineering activities across extensive Foundations, Cables, and EPCI projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the creation of assigned deliverables, including strategic recommendations for clients, documentation, and ensuring compliance with both internal and external design and fabrication standards.
  • Facilitate technical inquiries and interface management with both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Supervise and coordinate with subcontractors and internal experts to ensure timely delivery of project outputs.
  • Continuously assess and monitor risks and opportunities, ensuring they are documented and effectively managed.
  • Assist in the commercial assessment and budget oversight alongside the Project Manager.
  • Participate in internal meetings, client discussions, subcontractor engagements, site visits, mobilizations, and offshore operations.
  • Share best practices and lessons learned with other projects and relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications

  • Experience in managing engineering packages within the offshore wind sector or related industries such as offshore oil and gas.

  • A commitment to professional development and a passion for mentoring junior engineers.
