Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus on fostering HSS' relationship with our Aviation Key Account clients to ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Adhere to customer guidelines while maintaining operational disciplines.
  • Strive to ensure customer satisfaction while collaborating effectively within the Key Accounts team.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience consistently.
  • Process quotes, reservations, deliveries, and exchanges in compliance with established guidelines and service level agreements.
  • Build and sustain communication channels between clients, suppliers, and HSS to cultivate enduring relationships.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to escalate any internal or customer-related issues.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork to achieve results aligned with our commitment to quality service.
  • Manage daily Key Account invoicing alongside the Administration team, ensuring accuracy to minimize discrepancies.
  • Participate in team meetings as necessary.
  • Review and resolve suspended contracts on a daily basis.
  • Proactively follow up on quotations to drive revenue.
  • Assist with inquiries related to customer debts.
  • Ensure all incoming calls are answered to meet or exceed daily targets.
  • Respond to all communications by the end of each day, adhering to agreed service levels.
  • Utilize company communication tools to track internal incentives.
  • Encourage the use of the HSS Proservice self-service platform.
  • Treat all internal and external customers with professionalism and respect.
  • Engage with Key Account customers visiting the department as required.
  • Understand daily performance targets and strive to meet or exceed them.
  • Seek guidance from your Line Manager and pursue opportunities for personal development.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer service role or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication skills with both clients and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with Airport Operations and systems (e.g., ID Gateway) is advantageous but not mandatory.
