The Infrastructure Sales Specialist - Aviation & Rail role is a key position within OKB KONE plc, responsible for driving sales and growth in the aviation and rail sectors. As a sales professional, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand market share in the aviation and rail sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and technical specialists, to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Manage sales funnels, ensuring accurate data quality and timely submission of tenders.
- Identify key areas for business growth and develop strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
- Communicate the value of KONE solutions to customers, aligning with their performance goals.
- Engage with internal teams to achieve better results through sharing best practices.
Requirements
- Background in infrastructure or sales is beneficial but not essential.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is required.
- Advanced office-tools literacy and contractual and financial understanding are necessary.
- Excellent interpersonal and team working skills, with effective communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to handle customer questions and inquiries, with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Asite is beneficial.
