Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards while managing relationships with our Aviation Key Account clients.
- Ensure compliance with customer directives and uphold service excellence.
- Collaborate effectively within the Key Accounts team to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate communication between clients, suppliers, and HSS to foster enduring partnerships.
- Address and escalate any internal or customer-related issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Promote teamwork to achieve the 'right first time, every time' philosophy.
- Oversee daily invoice processing for Key Accounts, ensuring accuracy to reduce discrepancies.
- Participate in team meetings as necessary.
- Review and resolve suspended contracts on a daily basis.
- Proactively follow up on quotations to drive revenue growth.
- Assist with inquiries related to customer accounts.
- Achieve a target of answering 97% of incoming calls daily.
- Respond to all communications by the end of each day, adhering to established service levels.
- Utilize company communication tools to track internal incentives.
- Advocate for the HSS Proservice self-service platform.
- Engage with all customers, both internal and external, in a professional and courteous manner.
- Meet with Key Account clients visiting the department as needed.
- Understand and strive to meet daily performance targets.
- Seek guidance from your Line Manager and pursue opportunities for personal development.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer service role or similar environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong communication skills with customers and colleagues alike.
- Familiarity with airport operations and systems (e.g., ID Gateway) is advantageous but not mandatory.
