LOCATION: London Heathrow Airport

WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week

SHIFT PATTERN: 5 days a week with flexibility required

SALARY: £46,821.00 per annum

As the largest provider of widebody Secure Clean services at Heathrow, we are expanding our dedicated team to meet the demands of our esteemed client. We are seeking talented individuals for various roles including Operations Managers, Duty Managers, Quality Managers, Team Leaders, Allocators, Drivers, and Secure Clean Operatives, with opportunities available for both day and night shifts. ROLE OVERVIEW AND OBJECTIVE

We are in search of a proactive and results-oriented Account Executive to join our team for one of our prestigious airline partners. In this role, you will be tasked with establishing and nurturing robust relationships with our client, collaborating closely to fully comprehend their offerings and ensure we meet their expectations. You will serve as the primary liaison for our client, engaging daily with them, your team, and other internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding service within the established budgetary constraints.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Enhance relationships by consistently proposing solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Ensure timely delivery of the correct products and services to customers.
  • Act as the communication bridge between key customers and internal teams.
  • Address any issues and challenges faced by customers, managing complaints to maintain trust.
  • Support the operations team in achieving monthly service level agreements, focusing on quality, safety, and timely delivery.
  • Oversee daily client communication and ongoing relationships.
  • Guide and mentor teams to provide high-quality service.
  • Review operational reports and complaints, addressing them as necessary.
  • Monitor and respond to health and safety reports.
  • Investigate performance issues that may lead to delays and quality concerns.
  • Drive continuous improvement in service delivery methodologies, equipment, and standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in regular meetings with clients.
  • Encourage and promote innovation throughout operations.
  • Manage the ordering of supplies and equipment for operations.
  • Coordinate with the laundry provider to ensure adequate supply.
  • Ensure compliance with airport and airline requirements by teams.
  • Conduct quality audits.
  • Engage in daily operational discussions with the client.
  • Prepare and present accurate financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure accurate billing and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

HEALTH & SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Report any apparent deficiencies in work systems or equipment that may jeopardize service delivery or pose risks to health and safety.
  • Utilize all work equipment and personal protective equipment properly, following training received.
  • Communicate any issues or training needs to your line manager or through the incident reporting system.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Prior experience in an account management role within the aviation sector is preferred.
