Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on nurturing relationships with our Aviation Key Account clients to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Adhere to client guidelines while maintaining operational disciplines.
- Strive for customer satisfaction while collaborating effectively within the Key Accounts team.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience consistently.
- Process quotes, reservations, deliveries, and exchanges in line with established protocols, ensuring compliance with service levels.
- Foster communication between clients, suppliers, and HSS to cultivate enduring partnerships.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to address any internal or client-related issues promptly.
- Promote teamwork to achieve results aligned with our commitment to excellence.
- Collaborate with the Administration team to issue Key Account invoices daily, ensuring accuracy to minimize disputes.
- Participate in team meetings as necessary.
- Review and resolve suspended contracts on a daily basis.
- Proactively follow up on quotations to drive revenue growth.
- Assist with inquiries related to customer debts.
- Ensure that all incoming calls are answered to meet or exceed our target of 97%.
- Respond to all communications by the end of each day, adhering to agreed service levels.
- Utilize company communication tools to track internal incentives.
- Encourage the use of the HSS Proservice self-service platform.
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with internal and external customers.
- Engage with Key Account clients visiting the department as needed.
- Be aware of daily performance targets and strive to meet or exceed them.
- Seek guidance from your Line Manager and pursue opportunities for personal development.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer service or related environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong communication skills with both clients and colleagues.
- Familiarity with Airport Operations and systems (e.g., ID Gateway) is preferred but not mandatory.
