  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and technical specialists, to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Manage sales funnels, ensuring accurate data quality and timely submission of tenders.
  • Identify key areas for business growth and develop strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Communicate the value of KONE solutions to customers, aligning with their performance goals.
  • Engage with internal teams to achieve better results through sharing best practices.

Requirements

  • Background in infrastructure or sales is beneficial but not essential.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is required.
  • Advanced office-tools literacy and contractual and financial understanding are necessary.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team working skills, with effective communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to handle customer questions and inquiries, with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Asite is beneficial.
