Position Overview

As a vital member of our Customer Support Operations team, you will play a key role in addressing application support challenges related to our Housing solutions. Your expertise will be essential in delivering technical support, application guidance, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. You will focus on achieving service level agreements (SLAs) while fostering customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical support and application assistance to clients, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of application environments.
  • Interpret contractual obligations and address incidents/problems within the agreed SLAs.
  • Convert customer needs into actionable solutions and workarounds.
  • Create and maintain technical support documentation and procedures.
  • Proactively offer support services and identify opportunities for revenue enhancement.

Work Schedule:

Our team operates on a rotating schedule that includes coverage for Canadian hours. One week in eight, you will work from 2 PM to 10 PM. Otherwise, the standard hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient knowledge of Housing Management Software is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting web-based applications.
  • Strong skills in SQL scripting and Housing database management.
  • Experience in providing user support.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with NEC Housing software and related applications is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with operating system administration, including Microsoft Windows, Linux, and Solaris.
  • Experience with application delivery tools such as Citrix.
  • Understanding of software development principles within an ISO 9001 framework.
  • Experience in generating reports using Business Objects or similar reporting tools.
