About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our Adult Community Mental Health Team as a Lead Professional. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality care to individuals with complex emotional needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the multidisciplinary team in the assessment, planning, and implementation of evidence-based care.
  • Develop and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with service users and their families.
  • Collaborate with other agencies and professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Act as a role model and resource for junior/less experienced staff.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Registered qualification in Mental Health Nursing or Occupational Therapy.
  • Membership of a professional body and adherence to their code of conduct and RDaSH trust policies and procedures.
  • Additional postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field (desirable).
