We are seeking a Therapeutic Practitioner to join our clinical team at
Roxby House in Scunthorpe. This role involves collaborating to create tailored
assessment and intervention strategies for our students with developmental trauma,
autism, ADHD, complex needs, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges.

Role Overview
**We recognize the importance of supporting our staff in achieving their Continued
Professional Development goals, offering a £2,000 training allowance for role-specific
training tailored to your individual needs.** You will adopt a comprehensive, therapeutic approach to assist our students in their daily activities, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
As part of your responsibilities, you will perform all aspects of Occupational Therapy clinical duties, adhering to professional and regulatory standards, conducting individual assessments and interventions, and preparing necessary documentation, including report writing. Additionally, you will provide information and training to staff, commissioners, and other stakeholders as needed.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Recognized and relevant degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Valid and current HCPC registration
  • Sensory qualification
  • Experience working with Children and Young People
  • Experience in an educational setting is advantageous
  • Valid full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
