Compensation:
£24,336.00 annually (£11.70 hourly)

Role Overview:
We are seeking to reinstate the Programme Coordinator position, now with an emphasis on supporting the AQA qualifications framework. This dual-purpose role will involve coordinating programs for all Vocational Practitioners across various sites.

As part of this role, you will need to undergo relevant training to enhance our AQA infrastructure and manage it on an ongoing basis.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Experience in Person-Centered Planning
  • Understanding of Health and Social Care principles

To excel in this position, you should possess:
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding protocols
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Interpersonal skills for effective communication with managers, team members, and individuals we support
  • A desire to enhance your professional skills

Work Environment:
Roxby House is located in Roxby, near Scunthorpe, and you will be required to visit our accommodations within a commutable distance of Scunthorpe, Brigg, Broughton, Winterton, and nearby villages and towns.
