You will be required to undertake the relevant training to develop our AQA infrastructure and manage this on an ongoing basis Essential Requirements Good IT Skills Driving licence and access to a vehicle Experience of Person Centered Planning Understanding of Health and Social Care To be successful in this role you will need: Good knowledge and understanding of safeguarding processes Good organisational and time management skills People skills – you will be working with and speaking with managers, team members and the people we support A motivation to develop your skills The Location Roxby House is based in Roxby, Near Scunthorpe but, as stated above, you will be visiting each of our accommodations in the area which are within commutable distance of Scunthorpe, Brigg, Broughton, Winterton and surrounding villages and towns Options Autism is a national provider of specialist education, care and therapeutic services for individuals with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties.
