About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Support Worker to join our team at Roxby House, a specialist service providing high-quality support and accommodation for adults with autism, complex needs, and/or learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as household chores and personal care.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.
