Your Impact

As a Lead Professional, you'll play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive care to clients experiencing serious and enduring mental health conditions. This includes individuals struggling with emotional regulation, relationship difficulties, moderate to severe depression and anxiety, and self-harming behaviors.

You will:

  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress effectively.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to other agencies and healthcare professionals.
  • Serve as a mentor and resource for junior staff members, fostering professional growth within the team.
