We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Associate Psychologist to join our team at Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Psychological Professionals' Acute Care Pathway, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality psychological services to individuals with severe and enduring mental illness.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct structured interviews, psychological assessments, and observations to inform treatment plans.
- Develop and deliver bespoke psychological interventions, taking into account complex clinical information and dynamics.
- Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, service users, and referring agents to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Design, implement, and modify psychological interventions to meet the unique needs of service users.
- Assist in the design, coordination, and running of therapeutic groups to promote recovery and well-being.
- Maintain accurate records of work and communicate with relevant stakeholders through reports and letters.

Requirements- Single or Joint Honours Degree in Psychology.
- Masters in Clinical Associate Psychology.
- Experience of working with individuals with severe and enduring mental illness.
- Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Masters-level knowledge of psychological theory and research.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Awareness of the expectations of professional and ethical behavior.
