About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Clinical Coordinator to lead our Clinical Team at Options Roxby House Adult Services. The team operates from Roxby House and provides services across various locations in the area. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Registered Managers and the Locality Clinical Lead. This role encompasses both clinical leadership and managing a therapy caseload.
The Senior Clinical Coordinator will oversee the line management of the onsite clinical team members while delivering tailored assessment and intervention programs for service users with complex needs, including learning disabilities, Autism, trauma, and mental health challenges. You will also be responsible for managing your therapy caseload with the backing of our experienced clinical network and expanding Clinical Team, contributing to staff training and consultation.
This position is both challenging and rewarding, ideal for a resilient and motivated individual with a therapeutic mindset, capable of making informed decisions, managing their workload, and supervising others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various sites within our Adult Services to ensure effective delivery of clinical interventions.
- Support the integration of specific services into daily operations, providing assessment, advice, and intervention.
- Maintain a nurturing environment that prioritizes the needs of our service users.
- Uphold a strong safeguarding culture, ensuring that service users are heard and involved in decisions affecting them.

Essential Qualifications:
- Recognized degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or registration as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC.
- Valid professional registration and membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., HCPC, RCOT, RCSLT).
- Experience working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs.
- Strong report writing skills related to clinical and research activities.
- Experience in providing supervision and support to a therapy team.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multi-professional teams.
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
