Alecto Recruitment is seeking a skilled Senior Project Coordinator to oversee the execution of new Biomethane Greenfield Projects and modifications to existing operational facilities. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are completed in accordance with SHE standards, budget constraints, timelines, and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement project plans aligned with the overall project strategy, achieving defined objectives.

  • Manage the complete project lifecycle, from transition from Business Development to handover to the Operations and Maintenance team.
  • Promptly escalate any risks or challenges that may affect project results.
  • Create resource plans and collaborate with the Head of Projects to resolve resource-related issues.
  • Foster strong relationships with key suppliers and contractors to promote effective collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) performance standards for all assigned projects.
  • Organize training sessions tailored to the project for team members, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Maintain high standards in project reporting and the issuance of progress certificates, ensuring both quality and timeliness.
Qualifications:
Experience in leading construction activities for industrial projects (bioenergy, energy, chemicals, water/waste treatment) within an EPC or construction organization, with a minimum of three years of on-site experience.

  • Strong understanding of engineering, construction, and commissioning processes.
  • HSE and QA/QC training or relevant experience.
