Project Coordinator

At Chevron Traffic Management, we are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects and clients, ensuring accuracy and data integrity. You will also be dealing with incoming enquiries and processing internal enquiries, ensuring all Company processes and policies are adhered to. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring all existing and potential client and project data obtained by way of day-to-day activities is recorded in the relevant Company systems and GDPR is adhered to.
Responsibilities
- Day to day management of a portfolio of projects and clients to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
- Dealing with incoming enquiries and processing internal enquiries.
- Ensuring all Company processes and policies are adhered to.
- Ensuring all existing and potential client and project data obtained by way of day-to-day activities is recorded in the relevant Company systems and GDPR is adhered to.
- Assuming responsibility for ensuring appropriate PO cover from clients for the timely invoicing of completed works.
- Any other duties required by the Team Leader.
Requirements
- Good on Microsoft office applications.
- Experience in an office environment.
- Good communication.
- Flexible working.
- Reliable/punctual as this is a time critical environment.
- Good organisational skills.
- Traffic Management Experience.
