Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Coordinator to lead our Clinical Team at Options Roxby House Adult Services. The successful candidate will work closely with Registered Managers and the Locality Clinical Lead, balancing responsibilities between clinical leadership and managing a therapy caseload.

This role involves overseeing the line management of the onsite clinical team members. You will collaborate with various sites within our Adult Services in the Scunthorpe area, delivering tailored assessment and intervention programs for service users with complex needs stemming from learning disabilities, Autism, trauma, and mental health challenges.

As a Senior Clinical Coordinator, you will maintain a therapy caseload supported by our experienced clinical network and expanding Clinical Team. Additionally, you will contribute to staff training and consultation, making this a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a resilient and enthusiastic individual with a therapeutic mindset.

  • Coordinate the clinical team and manage therapy caseloads.
  • Develop and implement bespoke assessment and intervention strategies.
  • Support the integration of services in daily operations.

Essential Criteria

  • Recognized degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or as a Practitioner Psychologist registered with the HCPC.
  • Valid and up-to-date professional registration and membership of a relevant professional body.
  • Experience working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs.
  • Strong report writing skills related to clinical and research activities.
  • Experience in providing supervision and support to a therapy team.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
