About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Children in Care and Adoption Team as an Administrator. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth delivery of services to children and young people in care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Children in Care and Adoption Team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Act as a liaison between the team, schools, social care, GPs, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks, prioritizing workload and managing competing demands.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders, promoting a culture of collaboration and respect.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven administrative experience, with a strong understanding of data management and record-keeping principles.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Knowledge of GDPR principles and data protection regulations.
