Children in Care and Adoption Team Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Children in Care and Adoption Team as an Administrator. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth delivery of care services to children and young people.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Children in Care and Adoption Team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Act as a liaison between the team, schools, social care, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Support the team in meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks to ensure the best possible care is delivered to children and young people.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service to children, young people, and their families, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or social care setting, or a related field.
