About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Children in Care and Adoption Team as an Administrator. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth delivery of care services to children and young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Children in Care and Adoption Team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Act as a liaison between the team, schools, social care, GPs, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks, prioritizing workload and managing competing demands.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders, promoting a culture of collaboration and respect.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
Requirements
