About the Role

The Children in Care and Adoption Team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to the team. As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the team's administrative processes, including maintaining accurate records, coordinating meetings, and providing excellent customer service to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Children in Care and Adoption Team, including maintaining accurate records and coordinating meetings.
  • Ensure the timely and efficient completion of administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation.
  • Provide excellent customer service to stakeholders, including children, young people, and their families, as well as internal and external partners.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including children, young people, and their families, as well as internal and external partners.

Requirements

  • Good standard of education at GCSE level or equivalent, including English language.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, young people, and their families, as well as internal and external partners.
  • Ability to use Microsoft 365, Excel, and email, with experience of working in a healthcare setting an advantage.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
