Job Overview

This role is an exciting opportunity to support the administration process for the Children in Care team under the direction of the Children in Care and Adoption Supervisor. As a Healthcare Administration Specialist, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, acting as an effective link across CCHP staff, Schools, Childrens Social Care, GPs, the general public, and other relevant bodies.

Main Responsibilities
  • To provide administrative support to the Children in Care and adoption team, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.
  • To act as an effective link between various stakeholders, including CCHP staff, Schools, Childrens Social Care, GPs, and the general public.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A good standard of education at GCSE level or equivalent, including English language.
  • Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Ability to use Microsoft 365, Excel, and email.
  • Experience of working in a healthcare setting, preferably with children and young people.
