Experienced Children's Social Worker

Leaders in Care is seeking an experienced children's social worker to join a well-established looked after children's team in the Southwest. This is a great opportunity for the right person to work in a small, close-knit team with a very supportive management structure.
As a children's social worker, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of looked after children and providing supportive management to the team. You will also have the opportunity to work from home 60% of the time, with flexible working arrangements to suit your needs.
The role offers a competitive pay rate of £40 per hour and the chance to work with a dedicated team who are passionate about providing high-quality care to children and young people.
